How HeySparko collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.
HeySparko operates a virtual team-building platform and is operated by Coffee Box Solutions, 17145 N Bay Road, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA. This domain, hellosparko.com, is used by our team for correspondence and points to the same company. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@heysparko.com.
This page itself collects nothing. It carries no forms, no analytics and no cookies.
When you reply to an email from someone at hellosparko.com, we hold what you send us: your name, work email address, company name, and whatever context you choose to put in the message. Standard server logs for this page (IP address, user agent) are retained for 30 days for security purposes.
We do not ask for or store financial information, government IDs, or any sensitive category of personal data as defined by GDPR Article 9 or California Civil Code § 1798.140.
Only to answer you, to arrange a call or an event, and to follow up if you do not reply. We send no more than two follow-ups, and you can ask us to stop at any point. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for marketing purposes.
Our mail runs on Google Workspace and our hosting is in the United States. By corresponding with us you acknowledge that your message may be processed outside your country of residence. We rely on standard contractual clauses with our US-based processors where that is required.
Correspondence is retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Subject to applicable law, including GDPR for EEA residents and CCPA for California residents, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent for follow-up email, receive your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (GDPR Art. 77). Email hello@heysparko.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we respond within 30 days.
Our services are intended for businesses and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by a notice on this page.
